Smoky Mountain Center invites you to attend an information session for Consumers and Families receiving Intellectual and Developmental Disability services.

Wednesday, June 13, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Topics include:
- What services are available in NC Innovations?
- Who can provide NC Innovations services?
- How do NC Innovations services compare/crosswalk to CAP-MR/DD services?

Locations:
- Haywood Community College, 185 Freedlander Drive in Clyde
- Join the meeting by video conference at one of the following sites:
