Smoky Mountain Center maintains an electronic Community Resource Guide to provide accurate, current
information to consumers, enrollees, families, SMC staff, providers and stakeholders about availability
of resources to overcome barriers to service and provide information regarding additional community and
natural supports as well as specialized services. Resources will be identified by County and Category.
Please be aware that this Resource Guide is a work in progress and is being updated with new resources
on a regular basis. If you have any questions regarding this Community Resource Guide, please contact the
SMC Webmaster.
