Q:  Can a resume be sent by email?
A:  Yes a resume' can be sent by Email, as well as the application, but an original signed application is required before an employment offer can be made.
 
HIPAA

Q:  I'm the manager of a new substance abuse clinic opening in Waynesville, how can I obtain a copy of HIPAA?
A:  The easiest way to obtain a copy of HIPPA is by visiting the HIPPA website at http://www.hipaa.org.
 
SMC Website

Q:  Can you please tell me where the IPRS Eligibility Matrix is located on the website?
A:  The State Division has decided not to maintain the IPRS Eligibility Matrix any longer, and it is no longer available for download from this website.
 
SMC BUI

Q:  Where would I find the Client Demographic Form?
A:  The Client Demographic form has been replaced by the PCP Consumer Admission form. You can access it in the SMC BUI system by first logging into the SMC Extranet: http://extranet.smokymountaincenter.com/. Once you are logged into the SMC Extranet, click on the SMC BUI link and log into the BUI system. When you get logged in, click on menu item 11 (Admissions and Discharges). Click on the Specify Client item in the left menu pane. Once you have your client specified, click the Admission Screen item in the left menu pane and begin filling out the form.
 
CFAC
Consumer and Family Advisory Council

Q:  Do the CFAC avisory council members get paid for their services or is it voluntary?
A:  CFAC members get paid a stipend for meetings, as well as mileage and child care stipend as needed. When attending approved travel, members also get a daily training stipend and travel costs reimbursed.
