If
you wish to have access as a client of Smoky Mountain Center, fill
out the form to the right. After the form has been completed an
email will be sent to a Smoky Mountain Center administrator for
review and approval.
Once your account has been approved and
activated, you will receive an email telling you that you can now
log in. Until your account is activated, you will not be able to log
in to the site.
